Over looking all the perspectives and how they would contribute to helping Michelle in finding out more about her team members, I would have to say that behavioural science has the best method for what Michelle is looking for. It gives here a better chance to know each and every one of her team members and it studies them individually so she knows what needs are to be attended to for each person. Because Michelle already shadows these people, the job of just observing is made easier for the main reason that she sees these people everyday.
In relation to the other perspectives, they are all good methods but I don't think they are suitable for this type of task. The Biological Perspective uses principles of biology to study the mental processes and behaviour, this seems very similar to The Behavioural Perspective as they both study behaviour but one is more focused than the other. Even for The Cognitive Perspective, this uses metal processes, thoughts and memories. I stick by my first statement that The Behavioural perspective suits this study better then the others.

Michelle Bridges ( Biggest Loser)
Michelle Bridges, Biggest loser personal trainer of the Red Team, is seeking information about her team members:
Because Michelle works very close with her team members, she will find out alot about them behaviourally. She can conduct various experiments to help her gain a better understanding of each individual, such as different routines and fitness reigemes and see how they repond ( either positively or negatively) to the tests and their respose rates. Will they adapt to the routines or struggle?

Rate Of Response
I invented the Operant Conditioning Chamber ( also know as The Skinner Box) which is a labratory apparatus used in experimental analysis of behaviour on animals. This was tested on organisms such as rats and pigeons. It would study the animal on how it would react in different environments, like if the rat were to pull on a leaver within the chamber, it would receive food, thus the animal will continue to pull on the leaver. The point of this experiment was to measure the rate of response, which I advanced in psychological research.
Behavioural Science: Behavioural psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on observable behaviors.
